Michael J. Davey is a seasoned attorney and partner at Eckell, Sparks, Levy, Auerbach, Monte, Sloane, Matthews & Auslander, P.C. He leads the firm’s Employment Law & Discrimination practice while representing clients in personal injury and civil litigation. With a reputation for strong advocacy, he has successfully handled cases involving workplace discrimination, contract disputes, medical malpractice, and insurance litigation.

Michael earned his J.D. from Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2005, where he served as Senior Editor of the Pennsylvania State University International Law Review and was a member of the National Moot Court Trial Team. Before law school, he earned his B.A. in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. His academic achievements reflect his dedication to excellence in legal advocacy.

Licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Michael is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He frequently lectures on employment law, civil litigation, and insurance law for leading professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce.

Michael’s contributions to the legal community are widely recognized. He has served in leadership roles with the Delaware County Bar Association, including President of the Young Lawyers Section and Recording Secretary. He has also been honored with the Nicolas D. Vadino, Jr. Memorial Award for his contributions to the legal profession. Since 2012, he has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in employment law and holds a 10.0 AVVO rating.
