Specializing in wage and hour litigation, Ashley has secured millions in back-pay wages and penalties for violations of labor laws, showcasing her commitment to defending employee rights.
Ashley’s career is marked by significant contributions to legal precedent, having served as lead counsel in South Carolina’s largest FLSA tip credit case, which culminated in a $2.7 million settlement benefiting over 3,500 service workers nationwide. Her appellate achievements include successful representations before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
