Brian W. Kronick

Brian W. Kronick is an accomplished attorney and the founder of Kronick Resolutions. With over 30 years of experience, he has built a strong reputation as a mediator, arbitrator, hearing officer, and fact-finder. His expertise spans business law, labor and employment law, and dispute resolution. He has represented individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations in transactions, litigation, grievance proceedings, mediation, and arbitration. His leadership roles include serving as Vice President and General Counsel of a private company and Managing Partner of a law firm.

Brian holds a B.S. from Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was the Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal.

Brian is a recognized arbitrator and hearing officer, serving on panels including the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission Grievance and Interest Arbitration Panels, New Jersey State Board of Mediation Panel, Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Hearing Officer Panel, and the American Arbitration Association Labor Arbitration Panel.

He received a Special Recognition Award from the New Jersey League of Municipalities in 2017 for his work as Labor Counsel.
