A proud Pittsburgh native, Christi graduated summa cum laude from Duquesne University with a 4.0 GPA, earning dual degrees in Political Science and Art History. She then pursued her Juris Doctor at Duquesne University School of Law, where she gained hands-on experience representing indigent clients through the Unemployment Compensation Clinic—an experience that solidified her passion for employment law.
Since 2012, Christi has focused exclusively on employment law, representing more than 900 clients and successfully handling over 1,000 unemployment cases. She launched her career as an associate attorney and quickly rose to become the first and only female partner at her previous firm. Now a leading partner at MKO Employment Law LLC, Christi helps drive the firm’s boutique, employee-focused approach to workplace disputes, providing targeted legal representation for employees facing discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and other employment-related challenges.
