Michael G. Jones is a partner at Martin Pringle who has built a distinguished litigation practice since joining the firm after earning his law degree in 1990. His work spans aviation law, products liability defense, commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, and wrongful death cases. He represents clients in both federal and state courts across the United States, providing strategic defense in complex, high-stakes litigation.
Mr. Jones earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990, following a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Wichita State University in 1986. He is admitted to practice in Kansas, Colorado, and Oklahoma, as well as before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. His strong academic background supports a practice defined by rigorous analysis and effective courtroom advocacy.
In aviation law, Mr. Jones represents manufacturers and suppliers in product liability litigation, regulatory compliance, and contractual matters. He is widely recognized as an industry authority on the General Aviation Revitalization Act (GARA) and has helped shape case law nationwide. His practice also includes representing clients in real estate, construction, fiduciary duty, non-competition, and trade secret disputes.
