Erin Ehrlich Caro

Erin Ehrlich Caro is Counsel with extensive experience handling a broad range of civil disputes. Her practice includes landlord-tenant matters, divorce and family law, estate planning, wills, trusts, and probate administration. Caro’s thoughtful litigation style balances strong advocacy with cost-effective solutions. She has successfully represented clients in both trial and appellate courts, including the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, where she has argued as both appellant and respondent.

Caro earned her B.A., with distinction, in English and Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2005. She went on to earn her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008, where she served on the Brooklyn Journal of Law and Policy and worked as a Notes and Comments Editor. During law school, she also gained valuable experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Jose Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, Caro is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York.
