Joseph W. Cotchett

Joseph W. Cotchett is a veteran trial attorney with decades of experience representing individuals, businesses, and organizations in complex civil litigation. His practice focuses on antitrust law, securities and financial fraud, commercial litigation, environmental disputes, and public entity litigation. Mr. Cotchett earned his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law in 1964. Before attending law school, he completed his B.S. in Engineering at California State Polytechnic University in 1960, where he was named an Outstanding Graduate.
