Mazda also maintains extensive healthcare litigation experience representing health plans, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology businesses, and medical industry suppliers. His work has involved breach of contract disputes, antitrust allegations, licensing conflicts, and claims under statutes such as the False Claims Act, ERISA, and other regulatory frameworks affecting healthcare markets nationwide today.

Mazda has conducted internal investigations involving corporate compliance concerns, government inquiries, and allegations tied to drug reimbursement or marketing practices. His investigations have also addressed Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues, fraud accusations, vendor conduct concerns, and questions raised by audit committees or shareholder review processes across international matters and companies.

Mazda Antia previously served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge William J. Zloch of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mazda also handled criminal prosecutions earlier in his career, first chairing cases for the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office while gaining trial experience.
