Martin C. Fontes is a dedicated and highly experienced immigration attorney. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Fontes Law Group, he has successfully represented thousands of immigrants and their families. His expertise extends to handling complex cases before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and litigating numerous matters before the Executive Office of Immigration Review in Immigration Court. With a strong focus on immigration law and workers’ compensation, Mr. Fontes is committed to providing effective legal solutions to individuals and families navigating the legal system.

Mr. Fontes earned his B.B.A. from the University of San Diego in 1997, where he also played football for the Toreros. He later pursued his J.D. at the Arizona State College of Law, graduating in 2004. During his time in law school, he gained valuable legal experience by clerking at a private criminal law firm and for the Honorable James A. Soto at the Santa Cruz County Superior Court of Arizona.

After law school, Mr. Fontes began his legal career in Orange County, California, where he worked as an immigration attorney at a private law firm. In 2006, he established his own practice, Fontes Law Group, where he has continued to focus on immigration law and workers’ compensation. His dedication has helped countless individuals with their legal challenges, from obtaining legal residency to defending their rights in court.

Martin C. Fontes is a California immigration attorney licensed to practice in all California state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is an active member of the State Bar of California, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Orange County Bar Association – Immigration Section, and the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association. His legal achievements and academic excellence have been recognized with the Valdemar Cordova/Los Abogados Scholarship and a Graduate Academic Scholarship.
