H. Raymond Fasano

H. Raymond Fasano is a nationally respected immigration attorney with a career dedicated to defending the rights of immigrants in removal proceedings, federal appeals, and complex asylum cases. With decades of experience, he has argued numerous high-profile cases before multiple U.S. Circuit Courts and has become a trusted legal authority on the intersection of criminal and immigration law.

Mr. Fasano is licensed to practice in New York and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, along with the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. His legal advocacy spans from immigration court hearings to precedent-setting federal appeals, making him one of the most experienced immigration litigators in the nation.

Mr. Fasano earned his Juris Doctor from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1995. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University in 1992.
