Mark H. Weiss is a senior legal professional with over three decades of experience in corporate and intellectual property law. He advises clients on corporate transactions, acquisitions, reverse mergers, and entity formation. His practice also includes representing businesses in commercial and intellectual property litigation across diverse industries.
Mark began his academic path with a B.A. in Economics from Pepperdine University in 1986. He later earned his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 1990. Admitted to the Arizona Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona in 1991, he has since built a career helping clients protect and grow their business interests.
Mark has played a pivotal role in forming hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies in Arizona and Nevada over the past 14 years. Often continuing representation after formation, he provides long-term legal support. His leadership experience includes serving on the boards of two public companies, contributing to corporate strategy and market presence.
Mark’s entrepreneurial achievements extend to founding NJOY, formerly Sottera Inc., one of the largest electronic cigarette companies in the United States. As a registered patent attorney and co-inventor of a patented telephone answering device, he brings unique insight into intellectual property protection and commercialization.
