Liscah Isaboke

Liscah Isaboke is the Founder and Managing Attorney known for her work across business law, contracts, technology law, intellectual property, and litigation. She has guided over 100 businesses through legal challenges by drafting contracts, filing trademarks, structuring entities, and developing strategies that protect long-term business growth and financial stability.

Liscah completed her undergraduate studies at East Carolina University, earning a B.A. in History & Political Science, cum laude, before pursuing her Juris Doctor at North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she also served as President of the African Law Students Association and actively contributed to multiple student-led organizations, sharpening both her leadership and legal skills.

Liscah gained practical experience early in her career through internships at SAS and the Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office. These experiences provided her with exposure to both corporate legal practice and courtroom advocacy, offering a well-rounded foundation she continues to apply in representing clients nationwide. Her Bar admission in North Carolina enables her to serve businesses across multiple industries with a deep understanding of state and federal law.
