Maria I. Lopez

Maria I. Lopez is an attorney whose practice focuses on immigration law, including family-based immigration, citizenship, naturalization, visas, DACA, and related immigration matters. Maria earned her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville. She is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and has built her career representing immigrants in a wide range of immigration matters. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to assist both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, helping ensure effective communication throughout the legal process.

Maria practiced as a co-owner and attorney at Lopez & Soberalski Immigration Law before establishing her own immigration law firm in 2016. Her practice includes family-based petitions, employment-related immigration matters, citizenship and naturalization applications, DACA renewals, and other immigration proceedings. Maria I.
