About

Catherine O. Brown is the managing partner of the Law Office of Catherine Brown, LLC in Lafayette, Colorado. She has practiced exclusively in immigration law since 2002 and has operated her own firm since 2005. Brown helps clients in Colorado, across the United States, and around the world with family-based immigration, employment-based visas, green cards, waivers, citizenship, asylum, appellate work, and removal-related matters.

Her education supports her careful approach to immigration strategy, policy, and client advocacy.

Brown’s experience includes work with business, family, citizenship, asylum, and removal defense matters. She previously served as a law clerk for the Denver Immigration Court within the Executive Office for Immigration Review, giving her insight into immigration court procedure and removal cases.
