Tiffany Bustamante

Tiffany Bustamante is a highly skilled civil rights attorney and co-chair of the Bad Faith Group at Cozen O’Connor in Miami. Tiffany specializes in complex civil litigation, including property, casualty, and commercial general liability, with a particular focus on bad faith litigation. She has extensive experience representing clients in federal and state courts, handling matters from discovery and settlement negotiations to trial and appeal.

Tiffany earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida School of Law in 2015 and her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Florida State University in 2012. During law school, she actively contributed to the legal community and now serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Florida.

Tiffany’s experience spans a wide range of issues, including insurance coverage disputes, wrongful death, and civil rights violations. Her successful track record includes litigating complex cases for commercial carriers involving declaratory relief, breach of contract, fraud, and tortious interference claims. She has also represented insurers in high-stakes cases involving directors’ and officers’ liability, professional liability, and first-party property coverage.

For more than a decade, she has served as a guardian ad litem in Miami’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit, giving a voice to abused and neglected children in the courtroom.
