Larry E. Herrera

Larry E. Herrera is an employment lawyer and partner at Sessions & Kimball LLP, who represents workers in Orange County and across California. Larry earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he served on the Journal of Climate and Energy Law and received a law school scholarship. He also earned his B.S. from California State University, Long Beach. His education gave him legal training, business knowledge, and writing skills that support his work in employment cases. He is admitted before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Larry works to help employees understand their rights and pursue fair treatment at work. His background in criminal prosecution and appeals strengthened his ability to review evidence, build arguments, and present issues with care. His family law experience, including asset division and child custody matters, also helped him manage sensitive disputes with patience and structure.
