Bruce Denson

Bruce Denson is a criminal defense attorney serving clients in Pinellas County, Florida, and the Tampa Bay region. Bruce earned a BSBA from the University of Florida and a JD from Stetson College of Law. His education provided him with a strong foundation in legal work and client service. Since 1994, he has been involved in criminal justice in Pinellas County and the Tampa Bay region.

Bruce began his legal career as a state prosecutor in Pinellas County from 1994 to 1998. That role gave him direct insight into how prosecutors build cases. Since 1998, he has defended clients facing criminal charges and has used that experience to guide them through difficult situations.

Bruce handles Florida DUI charges, drug possession charges, robbery or burglary charges, rape or sexual assault charges, domestic battery charges, unlicensed contracting, and many other charges. He understands that the legal system can feel intimidating, especially for people going through it for the first time and needing clear guidance.
