About
Kimberly Pedigo is a seasoned immigration attorney whose legal career has been defined by strong advocacy, compassion, and a commitment to justice. Her professional path reflects years of dedication to guiding immigrants and refugees through complex legal systems, often at the most difficult moments in their lives. She has skillfully handled cases involving deportation defense, asylum, family-based petitions, and adjustment of status with a deep understanding of both the law and the personal challenges faced by her clients.
Kimberly began her educational journey at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, KY, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religious Studies in 2003. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2008, where she also volunteered at Catholic Charities, assisting refugee resettlement efforts.
Kimberly’s early volunteer work fueled her desire to serve immigrant communities. Witnessing firsthand the barriers that newcomers face, she committed herself to becoming a strong legal advocate. Since being licensed to practice law in Tennessee in 2009, she has become a respected voice in immigration law circles. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Bar Association, and she continuously supports advocacy efforts that uplift marginalized communities.
Kimberly’s dedication extends beyond the courtroom. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Lost Boys Foundation of Nashville, a nonprofit that supports Sudanese refugees as they adjust to life in the United States. Her leadership and legal support through this work exemplify her long-term dedication to meaningful change.
Kimberly Pedigo brings both legal experience and a deep sense of humanity to her practice. Through each case and cause she supports, she continues to make a lasting impact on the lives of immigrant families across Tennessee.
