Troy Fox

Troy Fox is a dedicated attorney at Fox, Imes & Crosby, LLC, where he focuses his practice on bankruptcy law, foreclosure defense, civil litigation, and immigration matters. Troy graduated from the Advanced Technologies Academy’s law program here in Las Vegas and then served a two-year mission in Argentina. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His strong educational foundation and fluency in both English and Spanish help him serve a diverse range of clients.

After starting his career at a medium-sized firm where he gained experience in various areas of law, Troy began focusing on bankruptcy law in 2008 when he joined David Crosby at what is now Fox, Imes & Crosby, LLC. Since then, he has represented clients before the Bankruptcy Court, Federal District Court, and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel. In 2019, he was appointed as a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, further strengthening his experience in the field.

In addition to bankruptcy matters, Troy Fox assists clients with foreclosure defense, including participation in the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation Program, and handles a variety of civil litigation cases. He also helps families navigate the complicated immigration process, focusing on family-based petitions.
