Aaron P. Dendy brings more than a decade of legal experience to the field of immigration and justice-focused law. Since 2008, he has been committed to supporting immigrants seeking safety and legal residence in the United States. His mission has always been rooted in helping individuals find peace, hope, and belonging in a new home.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2009. He then completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Alabama School of Law in 2012. This academic path reflects a consistent dedication to understanding human behavior and advocating for legal protection and human rights.

Aaron began working formally in immigration law in 2011 and expanded his impact by serving abroad in India and China. His work in India with a non-profit combating child prostitution and his year in China teaching indigenous students underscore a global perspective and a deep sense of justice. These efforts further shaped his passion to defend the vulnerable.

Aaron has successfully represented thousands of clients before U.S. immigration courts, the Department of State, and USCIS. He is a licensed immigration attorney in Alabama and Tennessee and is authorized to practice before all U.S. immigration agencies. His practice focuses on immigration law, juvenile law, appellate advocacy, and crop insurance law, where he is committed to securing fair treatment and clear, effective legal solutions for every client.
