Lynn Susser

Lynn Susser is the managing partner and founding member of Siskind Susser, a leading immigration law firm established in 1994. With over three decades of experience, she oversees a broad range of immigration matters, including employment-based visas, family immigration, consular processing, and naturalization, earning a national reputation for excellence.

Lynn earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in international business, which she earned in 1981. Before entering law, she managed $40 million in annual sales as a merchandise manager for a major U.S. children’s clothing manufacturer.

Lynn’s client base includes multinational corporations, IT firms, construction companies, school districts, manufacturers, and family-owned businesses. She has built strong working relationships with USCIS, ICE, CBP, regional service centers, and the Department of Labor, enhancing her effectiveness in both routine and complex immigration matters.

Lynn is a respected leader in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), with experience on the Board of Governors and as former chair of the MidSouth Chapter. She currently serves on the AILA–USCIS Benefits Policy Committee and acts as liaison to the Memphis CBP office. A frequent speaker at national immigration law conferences, Lynn plays an active role in shaping U.S. immigration policy and practice.
