Nicole Mullikin

Nicole Mullikin is a bilingual immigration lawyer based in San Luis Obispo, California. She has been licensed for 3 years and focuses her practice entirely on immigration law. With a strong background in legal advocacy and language access, she brings deep compassion and skill to clients across the Central Coast.

Nicole earned her BA in Modern Languages and Literatures from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2015, graduating magna cum laude with concentrations in Spanish and Mandarin. She later completed her JD and MLS from San Luis Obispo College of Law in 2021. Her early love for languages began in a dual immersion program and later guided her legal path.

Nicole began her legal career through internships and clerkships at the Law Offices of Kevin C. Gregg, where she later became an associate attorney and contract lawyer. She opened her own practice in 2022 and also served as an adjunct professor at Monterey College of Law. She has spoken at events for Cal Poly, local bar associations, and nonprofit training sessions on topics such as T visas and immigration law basics.

Nicole was honored with the 2023 Rising Star Award by the Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo County and received the 2022 Outstanding Academic Achievement Award from West Publishing. Her writing has appeared in the SLO County Bar Bulletin and Cal Poly’s College of Liberal Arts publications.

Nicole Mullikin is an active member of ASISTA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of San Luis Obispo County, and the Latino Outreach Council. She serves her community in both English and Spanish, helping to make immigration law more accessible and humane.
