Kevin C. Kostelnik

Kevin C. Kostelnik is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience representing clients in labor, employment, and civil rights matters. He is admitted to practice before the Florida Bar, all State and Federal Courts in Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. His work includes handling complex litigation, predetermination hearings, and internal investigations for employees across various industries.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University in 2012, graduating cum laude. He continued his education at Florida State University College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2015, magna cum laude, finishing among the top 10 in his class. During law school, he interned for Federal District Court Judge Kenneth A. Marra and Florida Supreme Court Justice Jorge Labarga, gaining invaluable insight into appellate and trial court procedures. His dedication to community service was recognized through the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award from FSU College of Law.

Kevin began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit in Leon County, Florida. There, he prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases, trying dozens of them before juries to verdict. His prosecutorial background equipped him with exceptional courtroom skills and a disciplined understanding of trial advocacy. Following his tenure as a prosecutor, he transitioned into private practice, representing both public and private employers in complex labor and employment disputes and civil rights litigation.
