Kenneth R. Schuster

Kenneth R. Schuster, founding partner of Schuster Law, has over thirty-five years of experience representing clients in a wide range of civil litigation matters. His practice encompasses motor vehicle accidents, defective products, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, and medical malpractice, as well as contractual and commercial disputes on behalf of businesses.

Ken earned his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and his Juris Doctor from Temple University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, as well as before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Ken has built a reputation for combining compassionate client relationships with aggressive courtroom advocacy. He has handled complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases and has trained and mentored attorneys at the firm. Under his leadership, Schuster Law has expanded beyond its Media office to include locations in Philadelphia, Chester, and Wilmington.

In addition to litigation, Ken has served as general counsel to corporations ranging from family-owned businesses to multimillion-dollar enterprises. He has also launched ventures in real estate development and manufacturing, reflecting his entrepreneurial perspective and practical approach to client representation.

Active in the community, Kenneth R. Schuster has advised municipalities, including the City of Chester, Borough of Colwyn, and Chester Township. He also hosts charitable golf outings benefitting local police and steelworker unions and serves on nonprofit boards. His civic engagement reflects his dedication to serving Delaware County both inside and outside the courtroom.
