John T. Adams is a skilled attorney with broad experience in both transactional and litigation matters. He began his career working in New York on complex credit transactions before expanding into roles that involved advising financial institutions, businesses, and individuals. His work includes negotiating agreements, documenting deals, and representing clients in a variety of civil, constitutional, and commercial disputes.
John earned his B.A. from Yale University in 1999 before completing his J.D. from, University of Michigan Law School, 2003. This educational background provided him with a strong foundation to serve in high-level legal positions. Over the years, he has been admitted to practice in Arkansas and New York State Courts, Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
John has significant experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants across multiple areas of law. Earlier in his career, he worked on behalf of the State of Arkansas in criminal appeals and habeas corpus proceedings. His legal service also extends to acting as counsel for several public library systems across the state. In addition, John shares his knowledge as an Adjunct Law Professor at the UA-Little Rock Bowen School of Law, further contributing to the education of future attorneys.

His service extends beyond law, where he has taken on leadership roles such as Finance Chair and Vestry member at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church.
