Scott J. Gerlach

Scott J. Gerlach is an experienced attorney whose practice spans civil litigation, employment law, and commercial transactions. Since 2017, he has represented a wide range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, native corporations, local businesses, and individuals. His accomplishments include earning an “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale-Hubbell and recognition as one of the “Top 40 Litigation Lawyers Under 40” in Alaska by the American Society of Legal Advocates in both 2015 and 2016.

Gerlach earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law in 2007 after completing his B.A. at Campbellsville University in 2000. He is admitted to practice in Alaska, the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
