Annie Depper is an accomplished Arkansas attorney who has built her career representing individuals and organizations in challenging legal matters. Her practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation, civil rights defense litigation, and criminal defense. Through years of dedicated work, she has gained a reputation for her skill in navigating complex disputes and providing steadfast representation in court.

Annie earned her B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2004 and her J.D. from the University of Texas in 2009, receiving academic honors along the way. While in law school, she received the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award in Torts and was honored with the Allen Lane Roberts Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law.

Annie refined her legal skills through judicial clerkships following graduation. She first served under Chief Judge Brian S. Miller of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, gaining valuable federal court experience. She also clerked for Judge Mary Spencer McGowan in the Pulaski County Circuit Court, which provided her with important insight into state-level litigation and judicial processes. These roles gave her an inside view of the courtroom and sharpened her ability to analyze cases from multiple perspectives.

Annie is admitted to practice law in Arkansas as well as in the Federal District Courts of Arkansas. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. In recognition of her professional accomplishments, she has also been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers.
