Annie Depper

Annie Depper is an accomplished Arkansas attorney who has built her career representing individuals and organizations in challenging legal matters. Her practice focuses on general civil and commercial litigation, civil rights defense litigation, and criminal defense. Annie earned her B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2004 and her J.D. from the University of Texas in 2009, receiving academic honors along the way. While in law school, she received the Dean’s Academic Achievement Award in Torts and was honored with the Allen Lane Roberts Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law.

After law school, Annie honed her litigation and courtroom skills through prestigious judicial clerkships. She first clerked for Chief Judge Brian S. Miller in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, where she gained extensive federal court experience and deepened her understanding of complex civil and criminal matters. She then clerked for Judge Mary Spencer McGowan in the Pulaski County Circuit Court, giving her hands-on insight into Arkansas state court litigation and judicial decision-making. This combination of federal and state clerkships provides Annie with a rare, behind-the-bench perspective and sharp analytical skills for evaluating cases from every angle.

Annie is admitted to practice law in Arkansas as well as in the Federal District Courts of Arkansas. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and the Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers.
