Kelly Brandon

Kelly Brandon is a respected attorney based in Nebraska with over two decades of legal experience. She focuses her practice on employment law, civil rights, and personal injury. Licensed to practice law in Nebraska since 1995, Kelly represents employees in workplace disputes in both Nebraska state and federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She focuses on employee rights and workplace discrimination, and has successfully argued significant cases such as Morris v. Popp Enterprises and Brown v. West Corp. Kelly’s victories have helped establish important legal precedents and improve working conditions for employees across Nebraska.

Kelly is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and currently serves as the 8th Circuit Representative for Nebraska. She has also served as President of the Nebraska Employment Lawyers Association and contributed to legal education through public seminars.
