Kelly Brandon

Kelly Brandon is a respected attorney based in Nebraska with over two decades of legal experience. She focuses her practice on employment law, civil rights, and personal injury. Known for her dedication and strategic thinking, Kelly has handled cases involving wrongful termination, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, and wage disputes. Kelly holds a B.S. in Economics with a minor in Global Studies from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law. During law school, she received the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice, highlighting her strength in courtroom advocacy.

Since 1995, Kelly has been licensed to practice law in Nebraska and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, and she is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Over the years, she has represented employees in both state and federal courts, helping them fight against unfair treatment in the workplace. She has argued and won several notable cases, including Morris v. Popp Enterprises and Brown v. West Corp. Her legal work has helped set precedents and improve conditions for workers throughout the state.

Kelly is an active member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and currently serves as the 8th Circuit Representative for Nebraska. She has also served as President of the Nebraska Employment Lawyers Association and contributed to legal education through public seminars. Her affiliations include the Nebraska Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association, and Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys.
