John Heenan

John Heenan has built a reputation as one of Montana’s most accomplished trial attorneys, representing clients against powerful corporations, banks, and insurers. Johnson, Rodenburg & Lauinger, securing one of the largest jury verdicts against a debt collector at $311,000. Later, in 2014, he obtained a $2.7 million verdict in King v. GEICO Insurance, followed by a $2.05 million wrongful foreclosure verdict in Norman v. Deutsche Bank in 2015. He has also led multiple consumer class actions, recovering over $50 million nationwide.
