Paul D. Odegaard

Paul D. Odegaard began his career in Montana in 1999 after clerking for the North Dakota Supreme Court. From the start, his focus was on litigation for injured individuals, particularly in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. His practice grew as he expanded his commitment to helping clients seek justice in the aftermath of serious accidents.

Paul received his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Minnesota in 1994 before completing his J.D. at the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1998. During law school, he distinguished himself academically, graduating in the top 10% of his class and earning induction into the Order of the Coif. This recognition reflected his exceptional scholarship and dedication to the legal field.

Paul’s early legal work included handling civil litigation at a respected Billings firm, where he gained significant experience in injury and compensation cases. In 2001, he moved into plaintiff representation, concentrating on personal injury, product liability, safe workplace claims, and workers’ compensation. By 2005, his skills and leadership were recognized when the firm included his name in its title, marking a new phase of his career.
