Dan Olinger

During law school, he worked in the Veterans Advocacy Clinic, providing legal services to military veterans with VA claims and discharge issues.

While in law school, Mr. Olinger gained additional experience as a law clerk with two respected civil litigation firms in Great Falls. After graduation, he began practicing in personal injury and criminal defense before transitioning to civil defense litigation, where he handled insurance coverage and injury-related disputes. In 2022, he joined his current firm to dedicate his practice exclusively to representing injured Montanans and guiding them through complex legal processes.
