Jesse H. Kibort

Jesse H. Kibort is a founding partner of Parker Daniels Kibort LLC and a seasoned trial attorney with a wide-ranging litigation practice. He represents financial advisors, broker-dealers, businesses, and individuals in matters involving securities defense, shareholder disputes, real estate litigation, banking disputes, and appellate advocacy. Kibort earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 2000 and his J.D. from Hamline University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as multiple federal district courts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Eighth and D.C. Circuits.
