Mark A. Lindow

Mark A. Lindow has built a respected career handling complex first and third-party litigation. He began practicing law as an associate in the Tort Litigation Section of Fulbright & Jaworski, later gaining further experience at Jones Kurth & Treat. In 1996, he co-founded a firm with David Treat, where he continued to refine his litigation skills.

Mark earned his BS in Chemistry/Environmental Mgmt from the University of Houston at Clear Lake, giving him a strong technical foundation. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor with distinction from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where he joined the John W. Harlan Society, was honored by the Order of Barristers, and served as Associate Editor of the Law Journal.

Mark’s practice has remained focused on guiding clients through insurance and tort-related disputes. He frequently shares his knowledge as a speaker on insurance law, offering continuing education for professionals in the industry. His work has helped countless clients resolve disputes with clarity and confidence, particularly in cases that require deep knowledge of policy and procedure.

Mark is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts across Texas, including the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Western Districts. His ability to represent clients in both state and federal courts has been central to his career success.
