Daniel Lustig

Daniel Lustig is a partner at Pike & Lustig, LLP, where his practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury cases and complex business litigation. He represents clients in auto and trucking accidents, intellectual property disputes, partnership conflicts, fraud claims, and multimillion-dollar commercial matters. His litigation record includes securing one of the largest copyright infringement jury verdicts in the Southern District of Florida.

Daniel earned his B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University, followed by a Master of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University. He received both his J.D. and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, later coaching the team, and clerked on significant personal injury and copyright matters.

With over 14 years of experience, Daniel has handled cases involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition, franchise law, contract disputes, insurance litigation, and shareholder conflicts. He has successfully litigated appeals, resolved disputes involving multi-million-dollar loans, and obtained substantial verdicts and settlements for clients in personal injury and business litigation. His ability to combine intellectual property knowledge with courtroom experience makes him an asset in complex cases.

Daniel is licensed to practice in all courts throughout the State of Florida, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and named among South Florida’s “Top 40 Under 40” attorneys. He also serves in leadership roles with Families First of Palm Beach County, the Puerto Rican/Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and other professional organizations.
