Lindsay K. Lundholm is a partner at Baird Holm LLP, with over two decades of experience advocating for clients in complex litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has successfully represented businesses, financial institutions, municipalities, and individuals in disputes involving commercial contracts, real estate, financial services, securities, employment, and professional liability.
Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology from the University of Kansas in 1998 before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2001. Following graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable William Jay Riley of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, gaining valuable insight into appellate practice and judicial decision-making.
Throughout her career, Lindsay has litigated hundreds of disputes and tried more than 20 cases to verdict before juries, judges, and arbitrators in both state and federal courts. She also has extensive experience in arbitration, having represented clients before the American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, she is an approved federal mediator in the District of Nebraska, utilizing her litigation background to help parties resolve disputes efficiently.
Lindsay’s practice includes significant work in financial services litigation, where she has defended and advised banks, FinTech companies, insurers, and advisory firms in high-stakes matters. She has also represented municipalities and political subdivisions in property rights, zoning, and tax valuation disputes, along with businesses and institutions facing negligence and breach of duty claims.
