Jennifer F. Nutter

Jennifer F. Nutter is a partner with nearly twenty years of experience in civil litigation and insurance defense. Her practice covers medical malpractice, healthcare, products liability, trucking, and insurance coverage matters. She has represented both individuals and corporate clients in jury and non-jury trials across South Carolina’s state and federal courts.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Furman University in 1998 and subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2001. While in law school, she distinguished herself through membership in Phi Delta Phi and Phi Alpha Theta, building a foundation of professional commitment and academic achievement that continues to guide her career.

Jennifer’s career has been marked by her strong advocacy in cases involving negligence, professional liability, and commercial disputes. She is admitted to practice before the South Carolina Bar and the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina.
