Jennifer Bell is a highly experienced employment law attorney and a founding partner at Bell & Bell LLP. She is dedicated to protecting employee rights while counseling and defending employers in workplace disputes. Her practice covers various employment law matters, including sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination (race, age, gender, disability), retaliation, whistleblower claims, and wage disputes.

In addition to litigation, Jennifer negotiates employment contracts and severance agreements and provides strategic guidance to executives on employment and compensation issues.

Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating magna cum laude in 1997. She served as Managing Articles Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal during law school. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh, where she built a strong foundation for her legal career.

After graduating from law school, Jennifer served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She then joined Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she built deep experience defending employers in complex employment litigation matters. In 2003, she transitioned in-house as Counsel, Labor & Employment Law at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, advising management on compliance, leading internal investigations, and managing employment-related disputes. In 2004, she co-founded Bell & Bell LLP, where she continues to focus her practice on employment law and championing fair, compliant workplace practices.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She was recognized for her excellence and was named a Rising Star (2007-2011) and a Super Lawyer (2012-2022) by Philadelphia Magazine.

Jennifer Bell lectures on employment law frequently and has co-authored several legal publications on Title VII, workplace remedies, and employment litigation strategies. With her deep knowledge and dedication, Jennifer is a trusted advocate for employees and employers navigating workplace challenges.
