Farrah A. Irving, Esq. is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court. She began her career in civil litigation, focusing on Title 59 defense for municipalities and public entities, and later expanded her practice to include family, municipal, real estate, and bankruptcy law.

Farrah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Social Services from William Paterson University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Kean University. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, where she was awarded the Joseph A. Rauh Scholarship for Clinical Excellence. While in law school, she held leadership roles in student organizations and provided over 700 hours of pro bono representation to the Washington, D.C. community.

After practicing with a North Jersey law firm, Farrah co-founded the Law Firm of Irving and Mendenhall alongside Samantha Mendenhall. Since then, she has represented clients across a range of legal issues, while also serving in significant public roles. Ms. Irving has worked as Township Attorney for Hillside, Assistant Township Attorney for Irvington, Chief Municipal Prosecutor for Irvington, and currently serves as Corporation Counsel for the City of Paterson.
