Eric W. Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2008, graduating with dean’s honors and earning a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. This academic background allows him to combine strong legal knowledge with practical financial insight, enhancing his representation in bankruptcy matters.
With extensive experience across bankruptcy chapters, Eric counsels individuals in Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 reorganization, helping them achieve a fresh financial start. He leverages his background to represent family farmers under Chapter 12 and advises both individuals and businesses in Chapter 11 cases. In addition to in-court representation, he assists clients with out-of-court workouts, pre-bankruptcy estate planning, and creditor negotiations, tailoring solutions to each client’s needs.
