Eric W. Lomas is a member of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization practice group at Klenda Austerman, where he represents debtors, creditors, banks, trustees, and other interested parties in matters involving restructuring, liquidation, and bankruptcy litigation. His practice is built on providing clients with clear, forthright consultation and effective strategies to navigate complex financial circumstances.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2008, graduating with dean’s honors and earning a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. This academic background allows him to combine strong legal knowledge with practical financial insight, enhancing his representation in bankruptcy matters.

With extensive experience across bankruptcy chapters, Eric counsels individuals in Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 reorganization, helping them achieve a fresh financial start. He leverages his background to represent family farmers under Chapter 12 and advises both individuals and businesses in Chapter 11 cases.
