Eric W. Lomas

Eric W. Lomas is a member of the Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization practice group at Klenda Austerman, where he represents debtors, creditors, banks, trustees, and other interested parties in matters involving restructuring, liquidation, and bankruptcy litigation. His practice is built on providing clients with clear, forthright consultation and effective strategies to navigate complex financial circumstances.

Eric earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 2008, graduating with dean’s honors and earning a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University. This academic background allows him to combine strong legal knowledge with practical financial insight, enhancing his representation in bankruptcy matters.

Eric is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney who helps individuals, families, and businesses navigate all major bankruptcy chapters. He guides people through Chapter 7 liquidation and Chapter 13 repayment plans to regain control of their finances, and uses his specialized experience to represent family farmers in Chapter 12 cases.
