Jaden earned his B.A. in political science from Brigham Young University–Idaho and his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law. During law school, he gained valuable experience as a research assistant for Professor Brook Gotberg on bankruptcy law and clerked with the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. He also served as a judicial law clerk for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Missouri Court of Appeals, experiences that gave him deep insight into complex bankruptcy proceedings.
Before joining Nyemaster Goode, P.C., Jaden further broadened his background as a law clerk for Charter Communications, where he gained exposure to corporate operations and litigation. Today, he draws on this wide range of experience to guide clients through financial hardship, business interruption, or economic uncertainty. His representation includes both assisting businesses with restructuring strategies and protecting creditors’ rights when borrowers cannot meet financial obligations.
