Eric W. Barth

Eric W. Barth is a member of the Business Litigation Group at Hinkle Law Firm LLC and represents clients in commercial litigation, employment disputes, and real estate conflicts. He advises on wage and hour issues, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and discrimination claims. He also handles eminent domain and condemnation proceedings, representing both condemning authorities and landowners. With extensive trial and administrative experience, he is a trusted advocate in business, employment, and property-related litigation.

Barth earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Public Policy. He completed his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas in 2000. Admitted to the Kansas Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, he maintains a broad practice.
