Douglas Mohney

Douglas Mohney, Esq. is a Board Certified Social Security Attorney with over 30 years of experience helping clients across Florida and Michigan. His areas of practice include personal injury, Social Security disability, veterans disability, and employment discrimination. He has represented clients at all levels, from initial claims to appeals, and even before the U.S. Supreme Court. With a strong reputation in trial and appellate work, Mr. Mohney is known for fighting for the rights of injured and disabled individuals, helping them get the justice and benefits they deserve.

Mr. Mohney holds a J.D., Cum Laude, from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University (1992). He also earned a B.S. from Western Michigan University (1989) and an A.A.S. in Law Enforcement from Kalamazoo Valley Regional Training Academy.

Mr. Mohney is licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan, as well as in several federal courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. He is also an Accredited Veteran’s Attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
