Aaron Rocke is a seasoned employment and business litigation attorney with over two decades of experience helping employers, executives, and organizations manage complex legal challenges. Aaron began his academic journey after serving in the U.S. Army, using his G.I. Bill benefits to earn a B.A. from the University of Washington. He later obtained his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. His military discipline and educational foundation shaped his practical, principled approach to the law.

Aaron frequently advises founders, C-suite leaders, and executive directors on employment policies and business practices. He has extensive experience in resolving workplace disputes, business-to-business conflicts, and issues arising from company sales.
