Delilah R. Cassidy focuses her practice at Littler Mendelson P.C. on employment law, representing employers in court, arbitration, and agency proceedings involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and restrictive covenant disputes. Delilah earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She also earned a Master of Sports Law and Business, summa cum laude, from the same institution and dual B.A. degrees, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University. She is admitted in Arizona and California and before multiple federal courts, supporting her employment litigation and appellate practice in complex workplace disputes.

Delilah counsels employers on the full employer-employee relationship and human resources matters. She helps clients develop practical solutions that comply with state and federal law, including planning and executing multistate reductions in force. She also drafts employee handbooks, workplace policies, restrictive covenant agreements, and severance agreements. She brings additional perspective from prior work in the sports and entertainment industry and applies that background when advising employers on complex workplace concerns.

Delilah R. Cassidy has earned recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2025 and 2026. She previously received honors including the Order of Barristers, Order of the Coif, and a regional oral advocacy award.
