David S. Klein

David S. Klein is a partner at Rountree Leitman Klein & Geer, LLC, where he represents corporations, small businesses, and individuals in complex litigation. His practice emphasizes real estate, business, and bankruptcy disputes. He frequently represents clients in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts across Georgia and has secured successful outcomes in both bench and jury trials.

Klein earned his Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University, his Juris Doctor cum laude from Elon University School of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial and appellate courts, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
