David I. Rickey

David I. Rickey is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Orlando office, where he has represented injured workers across Florida since 1992. With decades of experience, he has successfully handled complex claims involving employment law, unpaid overtime, and on-the-job injuries.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Central Florida in 1986. He later earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 1989. He has also taught legal research, writing, and contracts as an adjunct professor at UCF.

Following law school, David began his career in medical malpractice litigation before serving in the Gulf War as a Staff Sergeant with the 351st Military Police in the U.S. Army Reserve. After his return, he joined Morgan & Morgan, where he has remained committed to securing justice for working individuals.
