Khusbu A. Patel

Khusbu A. Patel is an employment law attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Orlando office, where she represents workers in cases involving unpaid wages, overtime violations, workplace discrimination, and retaliation. She focuses her practice on protecting employee rights and holding employers accountable for violations of federal and state labor laws.

Khusbu earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kean University in 2020, graduating with double minors in Business Management and Criminal Justice. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, in 2024. During her time in law school, she developed a strong foundation in litigation and employment law advocacy.
