James J. Henson

James J. Henson is an employment law attorney based in Orlando, Florida, with Morgan & Morgan’s Employee Rights Group. He represents individuals in workplace discrimination, retaliation, FMLA violations, ADA claims, and wage and hour disputes, including class and collective actions in both state and federal courts.

James earned a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. from Stetson University, followed by his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2009. His business and legal education, combined with a decade in senior-level hospitality management, give him deep insight into employment dynamics from both employee and employer perspectives.

James began his legal career defending employers in employment litigation, representing clients such as hotels, restaurants, theme parks, and manufacturers.
