Jolie N. Pavlos

Jolie N. Pavlos is an employment law attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s Orlando office, where she advocates for employees in wage and hour violations, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases. She represents both individuals and groups in class and collective actions, seeking justice for workplace violations across various legal fronts.

Jolie earned her B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her J.D., with honors, from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she served as an editor of the Emory Law Journal and as President of the Legal Association for Women Students. She also gained judicial experience as an intern with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Jolie focuses her practice on employment disputes involving the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), employee misclassification, whistleblower retaliation, and unpaid overtime.
