David Aaronson

David Aaronson is a partner based in Houston whose practice focuses on energy and infrastructure transactions. He advises domestic and international companies, private equity funds, developers, and investors on complex transactions involving oil and gas assets, renewable energy projects, and infrastructure development.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M University in 2007, graduating cum laude. He later received his Juris Doctor with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 2010, preparing for a legal career focused on corporate transactions and energy matters.

David represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, and project finance transactions. His work spans the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors, as well as energy transition and infrastructure projects involving developers, investors, and operating companies.
